Training

TRFCA conducts training courses in all aspects of the tea cultivation from propagation in the nursery, field cultivation up to processing. The courses are conducted either on station, at the training centre, or off-station. The foundation has developed a twelve-module course for junior to middle level estate management.

Undergraduate Internships

The foundation provides internship to students from different universities/colleges to conduct short-term experiments. The Foundation is capable of hosting students intending to conduct undergraduate or postgraduate degree studies.
